Walter Kaelin

Walter Kaelin is a Swiss international human rights lawyer, legal scholar, and presently the Envoy of the Chair of the Platform on Disaster Displacement. Before that, he served as the Envoy of the Nansen Initiative on disaster-induced cross-border displacement.
