Meet the 2026 to 2027 Executive Board!

Tanya Sattineni serves as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal. Her professional experience spans finance, political parties, presidential campaigns, and city government. She currently focuses on cybersecurity policy and emerging technologies, particularly quantum computing. She previously served as a Cyber Policy Intern at New York City Cyber Command, where she developed their first quantum migration roadmap. Her interests include the cyber, geopolitics, and strategic risk management.

Giselle Sami Dalili is a second year Master of International Affairs student at Columbia SIPA, concentrating on Development and Governance. Dalili has been an international development, non-profit impact, and policy analysis chief for the last six years.

Zachary Zeller is a second year Masters of International Affairs candidate at Columbia SIPA, concentrating in Climate, Energy, and Environment. His interests involve the geopolitics of trade policy and resource security. In his free time, he enjoys chess and the work of Don DeLillo. 

Lindsay Kim is a second year Master of International Affairs student at Columbia SIPA, concentrating on Development and Governance.
