Rodrigo Fracalossi de Moraes
Rodrigo Fracalossi de Moraes is a researcher at the Institute for Applied Economic Research (Ipea), a think-tank in Rio de Janeiro. He has a DPhil in International Relations from the University of Oxford and has previously taught at the University of Oxford’s Diplomatic Studies Programme.
