Katha Ray
Katha is a second-year Master of International Affairs candidate with a concentration in Human Rights and Humanitarian Policy and a specialization in International Conflict Resolution. Prior to SIPA, Katha was involved in youth empowerment and peacebuilding efforts as well in research initiatives at the nexus of peacebuilding and young people. She earned a B.A. in Political Science from Delhi University.
