J.A. Sheppard

J.A. Sheppard is the Academic Vice President of Southwestern College. While serving as a faculty member, he worked to supply resources for the European Humanities University, Belarus. Later he, along with his colleague U.S. Ambassador David Swartz, founded the Center for Belarusian Studies in Winfield, Kansas.
